Thanks for visiting and shopping at Ethelene's Pralines. We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail.

 

*Our candies are made fresh by hand and shipped within 1-3 business days once the order is received.

 

*NO orders are shipped on SATURDAY, SUNDAY, Local, nor National Holidays.

 

*All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If your order is not received within the estimated shipping time frame, Ethelene's Pralines is not responsible.

 

*You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery estimates are based on two factors: Order processing time (1-3 business days) and Transit time.

 

*Ethelene's Pralines will not be responsible for:

**Incorrect shipping information (If incorrect/wrong address is entered at checkout, unfortunately, Ethelene's Pralines will not be responsible, and a refund will NOT be granted.
